What we keep
- Your Google account's email address, from Google sign-in, to know whose games are whose and who has a seat. We don't receive your password or anything else from your Google account.
- What you make: your briefs and change requests, the games built from them (code, levels, art, models, sound, builds), their version history and build logs, and a history of your builds: what was asked, how it went and what it cost.
- A waitlist note, if you write one when asking for access.
- Usage records: for each build or asset, the AI model calls it made (token counts, timing, cost) and how long each step took. These are kept for 90 days, to keep costs and limits fair.
Who else sees it
- Anthropic (the Claude API) receives your brief and the game's project files while it designs and builds your game.
- Google (Gemini on Vertex AI) receives image prompts, and any reference images, to make concept art. Google Cloud also hosts the studio and its data.
- Tripo receives the images or descriptions a 3D model is made from.
- Anyone with a share link can play that version of your game. Links are unguessable; share them as you like.
- The studio's operators can see every game, to run and support the service. Admins can show a game to other signed-in accounts as an example.
- Other accounts can reuse 3D models from your games through the studio's shared model library, unless you mark a model private.
We don't sell data, show ads or use tracking cookies. The only cookies are Google sign-in's, which keep you signed in.
Keeping and deleting
Your games stay until you delete them. A deleted game leaves the studio at once; its files stay in the operators' archive until you ask for them to be removed. 3D models a game shared to the library stay there after the game is deleted, until you mark them private or ask. Usage records are deleted after 90 days. To have your account and everything in it removed, or for any question about your data, write to hello@gamecrew.ai.
